1. About CodeZoner

CodeZoner is a virtual internship platform operated by Sameer Ray, India. We provide project-based virtual internship programs to students across India through codezoner.in. Our service includes free enrollment in internship programs, project assignments with 4-week roadmaps, submission review, and issuance of a verified digital certificate upon successful completion.

2. Eligibility

• → You must be at least 16 years of age
• → You must provide accurate information during registration
• → One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
• → Open to students worldwide, primarily designed for students in India

3. Internship Program Rules

Enrollment: Enrollment in all programs is completely free. Each enrollment comes with a 28-day deadline.

Submission Requirements: A public GitHub repository link, a demo video (3–5 minutes), and a written description of at least 100 words.

Academic Integrity: All submitted work must be your own. Plagiarized or copied projects will result in immediate disqualification.

Review Process: Our team reviews submissions within 2–5 working days and may request revisions.

4. Certificate

• → Certificates are issued only after admin review and approval of your submission
• → A one-time certificate fee of ₹199–₹299 (INR) is charged to generate your certificate, depending on program duration
• → Each certificate has a unique Certificate ID verifiable at codezoner.in/verify
• → Certificates are digital — delivered as a downloadable PDF
• → We do not guarantee that any employer will recognise our certificates

5. Payment Terms

Certificate Fee: ₹199–₹299 (inclusive of all taxes) per certificate, depending on program duration (4W/6W: ₹199 · 8W/12W: ₹299). One-time payment per internship completion.

Payment Gateway: Payments are processed by Easebuzz, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.

Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

When Charged: Payment is only requested AFTER your project is reviewed and approved. Enrollment is always free.

6. Prohibited Activities

• ✕ Submit plagiarised or AI-generated work as your own
• ✕ Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• ✕ Attempt to hack or disrupt the CodeZoner platform
• ✕ Share your login credentials with others
• ✕ Post abusive or inappropriate content
• ✕ Attempt to obtain a certificate without genuinely completing the project

7. Intellectual Property

Your work: You retain full ownership of the projects you create. CodeZoner does not claim ownership of your submitted projects.

Our content: The CodeZoner brand, logo, website design, and platform features are owned by CodeZoner and protected under Indian copyright law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, compliant with the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and E-Commerce Rules 2020.
